    Run the installer

    Deploys all 5 skills, the agent config, the MCP server entry, and multi-agent support.

    Restart Codex

    Close and reopen Codex to load the new configuration.

    Verify the MCP server is registered

    You should see adspirer in the list. "Auth: Unsupported" is normal at this stage — you authenticate next.

    Authenticate with Adspirer

    Browser window opens for OAuth sign-in. Return to the terminal after authorization completes — adspirer will then display as enabled.

    Set up your brand workspace

    Open a brand folder, launch codex, then ask the agent to set up your brand workspace. The agent scans accounts, retrieves live campaign data, and writes AGENTS.md.
