Quick Fix: Connection Issues
If Adspirer tools aren’t responding or you see connection errors, try these steps in order:Check Tool Permissions
In your AI client’s connector settings, make sure:
- Read tools (performance, research, status) → Always allow
- Write tools (campaign creation, budget changes) → Custom (ask each time)
Disconnect and Reconnect the Connector
- Claude: Customize → Connectors → Disconnect Ads MCP → Connect again → Complete OAuth
- ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → Remove Adspirer-MCP → Re-add with URL

Refresh Your Adspirer Session
If reconnecting didn’t help, your login session may have expired:
- Go to adspirer.ai
- Log out (avatar → Sign out)
- Log back in
- Return to your AI client and retry
These steps apply when nothing works — not even
get_connections_status or basic tools. If some platforms work but one doesn’t, that’s a platform-specific issue. Reconnect just that platform at adspirer.ai/connections.Community
